From this softbox I was severely disappointed. Inflexible attach rough and hard. An outlier einenr otherwise good brand. I have otherwise had a good experience with Neewer. Given the low price, however, not a big problem. I still have a soft box (larger, with color filters) of Neewer, which is excellent.
