This device provides a really good picture - no problems at all when connecting etc. That's it then but also already - have a total of well over 3 hours on the phone with the Samsung Support and mailed.. The usual stuff, I should draufspielen the latest firmware - well - my husband is in the electronics industry and knows what to do, of course, was always the same, the latest firmware on it - only that unfortunately has not changed from the problems repeatedly occurred in the Play DVD - or Blurays to freeze the image, and this problem could be solved only draw by brutal power cord - I have with every film always it maintained when this phenomenon would occur immediately and I was not disappointed - there was no DVD / Bluray where it has not occurred - there was no support and no "firmware" something change it. Of the other minor problems that others have addressed and of which the forums are full of it, I do not want to mention here only. Except that this device is absolutely not want to link to my Internet - ie. it was included in my network, but the way the Internet was not found. Unfortunately, here too the support nor the service provider help me, on the contrary - because as the ball was like in football you do it gladly, pushed from one to another back and forth. Really great, that's why I'm this super part carved in the garbage and bought a Marantz Blurayplayer who makes from the beginning absolutely TOP and properly his duties with me without any problems if the Internet or otherwise. For me, Samsung has died and I buy me even a single Samsung device more - there's just much better to not even cost more than this scrap.
