Since I had replaced one of my waterbed heaters already in local commercial I was delighted to have found this product on Amazon. Heating is very user-friendly compared to other products on offer more expensive but in terms of temperature regulation. During installation you should always be in pairs to avoid kinking. Consumption is in my opinion more favorable than with the previously used carbon heating.
With regard to the durability, I can only say that an identical model for more than 2 years working reliably.
Shipping and communication always pleasant as usual at delivery.
