From the functional point of view it recharges the batteries even more impressive (Note 3) but they are always charged between 96-98%. What is very handy is that there is no polarity to be respected, simply match the connectors + and - of the battery with those of chargers (which are undifferentiated) and plug. So the functional point of view I would put 3 stars.
However, there is a big downside, the socket is not the safety standards required in particular when removing (but also when connecting) the charger there is a real risk of electrocution So life threatening.
The decision requires a mains adapter for Europe, which is provided and this is the whole problem.
Indeed, when removing the brass lug the charger are outdoors on about 1.5cm while still connected to 230V!
So finally I put a star because this device is to be avoided as it will not be supplied with a plug to European standards (safety standards and form factor) natively thus requiring no adapter.
