So same time installed the card in my PC, connected the PS3 via HDMI and installs the software. Then the AVer MediaCenter started. But instead of an image from the HDMI input I get is black ... From time to time comes the message that my screen is not HDCP compliant. But I have all sorts of screen configurations tested: Two screens via HDMI and DVI, only a screen via HDMI, only one display via DVI, only a screen via VGA. But nothing works.
Then I HBE times tested the analog input - the works flawlessly (PS2 via Composite).
Property already the latest software downloaded from the manufacturer's website but works just as little.
Finally, I have also tested different resolutions on the PS3. But neither 1080i even 720p works.
I wanted the card mainly use for recording sources via HDMI (eg PS3) - but so is the back to the manufacturer. :(
Let's see what offers the competitors there.
Tuner function I have not tested. Otherwise, because of the problem with HDMI's from me only 3 stars.
