Apple earbuds away on 12/24/14 - 06:01:15 am, so after 11 days, defective under proper use (right headphones did not go).

Exchanges absolutely smoothly: seller informed, will immediately return slip, confirmation of receipt received after receipt of the return and about 5 days later replacement was because the holding time hopefully longer.

1 star for the quality of apple earbuds and 2 stars for the good service seller.
