Headphones good bad cable

I use the headphones in drum lessons and find the noise characteristics, both in terms of noise reduction and the resulting drum sound very good.
Comfort and adjustability of the bow I find for the price ok.
What I absolutely do not like this is delivered with cable. It's too short and too thin.
