I have heel spurs, very painful. I invited me down the app and have carried out the acupressure for pain relief following the instructions. The instructions are easy to understand by a drawing easy to find the acupressure point.
I had severe pain, after 2 minutes the pain was gone acupressure!
I highly recommend this app!
