King's Bounty: The Legend (computer game)

Customer Review

Perhaps the most classic PC game this year is a tribute to the published 1990 predecessor of Hereos of Might & Magic series: King's Bounty. The game focuses on fantasy adventure, treasure hunt (Start item search), character development, quirky humor and above all tactical round battles. The whole, exploratory in real time, the world was wrapped in a love of detail, but also brashly colorful 3D graphics. As a newly graduated knight of the king with alignment warrior or mage Palladin pulling initially going with a few followers. The warrior can carry more people into battle, the magician is less inclined to troop strength, as on head, and the Palladin mixes both classes previously mentioned. Another special ability for all classes come after some time add the Wutgeister that, as desired, develop various defensive or offensive capabilities. The hero (ie the player) itself is never on the battlefield, but relies merely supportive and commanded his troops. The whole game is reminiscent of course heavily on Heroes of Might & Magic, but to me it seems straightforward and beautiful purist. Perfect game mechanics and great tactical depth, but who craves elaborate cutscenes and set to music discussions is wrong here.
