I had bought the antenna to get better reception in the basement, because I did not know whether the cable to the pedestal was long enough, bought a little "Wireless Cable" to do so. But it was not necessary because the original cable was enough for perfect positioning with me.
Antenna is cheap and can be connected easily, Base is magnetic, just super. Clear recommendation!
