Currently I have 2 HDMI cable connected to my TV to the tablet screen (about μHDMI cable to HDMI cable) and via normal HDMI cables from the laptop. That was me a cable too much. So I have the adapter attached to the laptop and use only the μHDMI cable to HDMI Cable to transfer picture, depending on whether the image of the tablet or laptop wants to put on the TV. So the normal HDMI cable can get away and it is a little less cable clutter present.
