Lo and behold, I came across a serious difference which explains the criticism:
2 years ago the part was fixed with 4 screws on the wall, now only with two of the top, the bottom screws and the brackets it were saved.
So my shelf after assembly was initially wrong and did not want to take care of the old 4 screws into the dowels.
Then have the screws that connect the rods to the holders eased, the plugged portion on the old screws in the wall and only then tightened the screws in the bars again.
Now it sits well and I'm satisfied.
Learn:
1. the fit can be adjusted so that all 4 "feet" put evenly on the wall.
Who will tighten the screws too early may actually receive a "lopsided" rack, which can be but correct.
Too bad that it is not made clear in the assembly instructions.
2. Here a producer has definitely saved at the wrong end: 2 dowels, 2 screws and two tiny plates more for receiving the screw, the customer would save a lot of trouble and him much criticism.
