At first I always provided for our guests at the raclette small dish prepared on which the pans should be placed in between. Unfortunately that did not work out often. However, if our guests presented their pans on their dinner plates, so stuck to the pan frequently cheese, then baked unappetizing firmly on raclette grill. All the more pleased I was when I found these boards with a clear imprint. This has not understood until now each of our guests. I have dealt with before the first use with linseed oil. They are impervious and easy to clean.
