Although I did not intend to put on my MacBookAir (mid-2013), a large library of iTunes, I wanted to try this memory expansion of Transcend yet. The card came out 1 day after the publication of been with me, thank you Amazon. After plugging it was immediately recognized and so I judged the library respond. At first I was a bit disappointed because the letter clearly lasted longer than the internal SSD drive. Every little change of a track in iTunes braked apparent from the system. Until I mcih erinnterte the format. I saw that it was delivered as an Extended FAT and put out the JetDrive therefore using Disk Utility, which I now but MacOS Extended (Journaled) format as used. And from now on the JetDrive really was much faster and now you will notice not much difference to the built-in SSD more. Super. So I have now received a great and really fast memory expansion for not too much money, that I may at any time recommend.
