Light ideal companion for any photographer wishing to lighten his wallet for the ride and maintain good image quality, I am very happy with this unit. I am SLR user, but the size and weight are handicapping for walk everywhere, especially when one is not sure to make the photo ... It takes up little space, is lightweight, intuitive interface, customizable direct access, etc. Really well thought. Optical 14-42X truly fulfills its role, very compact, versatile. The ability to climb the "old" objectives of high quality manuals with an adapter ring is a definite advantage to equip good optics without breaking the bank;) Very pleasant to use. By cons, it is best to avoid long lenses, this camera does not have the design for this role (grip).
