After moderate predecessor, I received in October 2012. "F1 2012", a game which in comparison to its predecessors had actually become worse. First of all I possess to UK import of the game.

What is clear is the Grand Prix mode could not be canceled and the menu should not have been changed. But "F1 2012" also has clear improvements. The Young Drivers Test has been integrated into the game. The question why in November 2011 (there is the Young Drivers Test place) already with the 2012er vehicles drives, but it can be seen and see. Instead of a menu in the paddock you find yourself now in the showroom of an F1 team. On the route of the graphical jump is striking graphics are simply fantastic. The season and the Champions Challenge Mode are good innovations. But it surprised me how much fun the game has given me on the track. On the track, everything is the same, a new camera perspective came about. But the AI is finally strong and you have to really fight for a HRT to land in front of a Caterham.

Overall, despite some setbacks, the game outweighs clearly. "F1 2012" is one of the best F1 games that exist. Strong buy recommendation.
