High-pitched tone is defective wheel and is replaced by BENQ

I have 2 devices in the BENQ W712 in my company in operation. Buying criteria were: Quiet and bright addition to convincing the device, I found the 3-year warranty and the lamp life.. The only shortcoming of the device still remains the volume.
