To refer to this as a quality Sake Sake verges on derision. But for the price, which is actualy one can say absolutely nothing. He's just a delicious sake of lower quality level. I would taste from a low polishing rate tap (Futsu-chu). The Sake can both warm (not merely about 55 degrees) and served chilled. This "quality" but I would tend to heat. If I drink it not hot, I drink it mostly as Masu sake slightly chilled with a fleur-de-sel, ie slightly below room temperature as a Merlot or Chianti.
