The reason is that I have a different ball head on the tripod have as can be seen on the product photos above. Yes, I myself have been amazed when I unpacked the tripod. In the photos of Rollei / Manfrotto is clear the ball head Fotopro FPH-41Q to see and will probably sold in the form of well mostly.
However, the ball head Fotopro FPH-53P is screwed on my Fotopro M-5 tripod (see my uploaded photos above). This sits at Rollei example on the Rollei Fotopro C5i tripod. In Internet research, I found out that Fotopro sells its M-5 tripod in the batches of product internationally with both the one and the other ball head. The consistent delivery status but actually seems to be with the FPH-41Q, as can be seen on your manufacturer photos. (Here I must say that I have not even bought the stand from Amazon, but with another Germany-based online store that so is only noticed in retrospect, has given no indication of Rollei in the product description. Perhaps a Charge the tripod head with others directly from Fotopro from China? I do not know and can only speculate). In addition, my tripod still differs from in two other details of the product photos. The included carrying case is entirely black (no red, which I like better) and all three legs of the tripod are equipped with a rubber coating (not just two, which I also like better).
So much for me about "different conditions" of the tripod. If you want to make sure what head he really gets on the stand, who writes most directly to the dealer and ask for. I hope in any case that I hereby donated too much confusion and could explain why two German producers so similar / identical products market and that it makes no difference on the product quality, whether you buy it here or there.

But now times on the product itself:
Data to stand with the FPH-53P - ball head:
Weight: 782g
max. Height to top Removable: 47cm
Pack Height: 16.5 cm (due to the longer head, still fits without problem in the bag, because the 15cm were measured optimism)
Overall, the tripod of Fotopro makes a very high-quality impression. Everything sits where it should, if it is bomb-proof, if it is loose. Nothing rattles or works poorly finished. The only potential vulnerability that could prevent the tripod 20 years or longer lives, this twist mechanism can represent. The individual elements of the telescopic legs are covered on the outside with metal and lined with plastic, which has to absorb the friction. I think that because of the ravages of time will gnaw at it. But again, this is just pure speculation. Overall, the workmanship is very good. With my nearly 600g heavy system camera tripod in all settings / angles is extremely stable and is just far from the end of the possible Schaffbaren. I think, especially with the stronger FPH-53P Ball Head can there already a few kilos on it. At the top I especially like the rubberized dials. The big wheel is fixed, both the ball and the panoramic rotation. Full tightened nothing moves, a bit solved can rotate the head without the camera fixation really loses its grip (comes naturally also on the weight of). For this, the correct alignment can check by three dragonflies in all positions. As a travel tripod, it is just right for me, also because you can hang the bag on your belt or camera bag, if you do not want to carry on your shoulder.
So no matter which "manufacturer", the lens is now buys. Price-performance Technically, it is very high up there. Recommended ...

Addendum after 10 months: holds the tripod. I have not in use, but it did in the previous period but can use several times daily or weekly. A longer adventure holidays, many shorter trips and some brief appearances has survived the stand without damage and was not always treated with kid gloves. In use it feels still high. There is nothing which is loose, or is air or no longer engages properly. Since I had the most worried about the telescopic elements in the tripod legs made me so far in vain. So even after 10 months, I can only stay with my conclusion -> price-performance technically a really appealing product. In the next 10 months. ;-)
