I have the rear wheel arch area outside / inside glued thus avoiding edge to weld spots in the area susceptible to rust. (The rest of the side wall of course welded). Processing by means of simple hand caulking gun is quite possible. Underground clean grease. Because I made a mistake, I had to 10min. the sidewall decrease. Then I knew already how snappy the glue stuck. After a complete cure I can think extremely good adhesiveness.
