The patch is ideal for fixation of bandages and compresses and loses its adhesive force only after a few days, as long as it is not often wet. On his fingers, which of course frequently is exposed to moisture, it holds at least a whole day without any problems.
The removal of the patch is due to the good adhesive properties slightly uncomfortable, which is in the nature of things, but manages without any residues, which I find very positive. Finally, my other patches known sticky and greasy residues are not only unsightly to look at, but also very difficult to remove completely.
Practically, I also think the good tearability of the patch, which allows a simple and clean removal of the patch without any aids. After all, one does not always have a pair of scissors handy if you need the fixing plaster straight.
All in all I think the retention sheet Elastoplast a round thing. Both the adhesive properties, as well as residue-free removability, and the practical tearability precisely these speak for the original Elastoplast. In my opinion, the retention sheet Elastoplast should not be missing as Basic in any medicine cabinet.
