After only 10 months now use but notice the following:
- Basically, I use only white or clean, the gums care level is left out (too weak)
- The toothbrush only runs at the highest level - everything else is too weak
-> Sonic toothbrushes are gentler than rotating electric brushes
Very big minus: the battery or the power are generally now in the bucket of cleaning power can be no more talk, the bristles of the brush swing barely, so I the expensive part now probably sending needs.
-> Very annoying just 10 months after the purchase, which I could not use the toothbrush after two months my lower jaw surgery!
Plus points - which, however, still justify for me no better evaluation:
- As I said, the general advantages of sonic toothbrushes (automatically gums conditioning, since the rotation is replaced by bristle vibration)
- The design
- The brush heads offered by Philips (expensive, but firstly they hold for a while, and secondly, they clean very well)
So how do you weigh pros and cons against each other, each is left to itself - for me, the brush is worth only 2 stars - unfortunately! - Because the shelf life is currently considering the price after all essential for me.
Conclusion: I'm not sure if I would later regret buying it. My former electric toothbrush (Braun Oral-B, Professional Care 1000) cost one-third, but held three times as long before they gave up the ghost. And all the "extras" that provides the Philips, have for me when trying out but then when exposed to little use.
Therefore, unfortunately, only 2 star - shame !!!
