My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (Audio CD)

Customer Review

Hedonist, megalomaniac, scandalous, omnipresent, selbstzerworfen - Tags that would probably listed on a taboo card if you had to describe Kanye West. In particular, celebrated his beginnings with "The College Dropout" (2004), "Late Registration" (2005) and "Graduation" (2007) may be, questionable appearances during major award ceremonies and merciless overconfidence have his (m) reputation, albeit not dismantled, but added at least cracks, thereby catered for stock split and even the American president for raised eyebrows. It is not easy to get past Kanye West. As a producer, guest appearance and of course solo artist ever in the charts. "808s & Heartbreak" at the end perhaps a little too much of the "Auto Tune Good" and obscured by deep depression and electric curtains. The "next level shit" - has already been pointed out by the "Black Eyed Peas" - has little to do with real hip hop, but more with a questionable cash cow mentality.

Who have believed the former "Hottest MC in the Game" but not a big album more, will be taught with "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" a much better. Then the vocals over long distances come unfiltered again. Lyrically absolutely at the height with a mixture of (self) irony, creative madness and a touch of genius. "Too many Urkels on your team, that's why your wins low". How cool is that ?! Issues such as sex, decadence, escape existence and self-doubt are designed musical opulent. A Hip Hop Musical equal to that orchestral moments, supporting instrumental passages and choral accompaniment served to give the 13 files that may take up to 9 minutes (Runaway) to complete, even more weight. Heavy and special Skillz also blessed the series of recurring features. Labelmates such as Jay Z, Kid Cudi, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj-flyer have the honor and the songs another, special touch. This one cited in the intro Cinderella, the surrealist in Outro "Comment No. 1" by Gil Scott-Heron and is sampling artists such as Mike Oldfield (Dark Fantasy), Manfred Mann's Earth Band (Sun appaled) or "Black Sabbath" (Hell of a Life). Alternative Hip Hop, the stylistically wide is drawn up by further guest appearances by Bon Iver and John Legend. Exceptionally, this catchy long stretches and rousing. Brachial (Monster) and equally soulful (Blame Game). And even though I'll probably never a friend Kanye West, this album is already a classic.
