hogwash ....!

Kenable sells two models of this coupler 6.35 female-femelle.J'ai bought the most expensive (this metal model), thinking he had an article with good input-output connections ....
Well no ...!
Item received, and immediately tried, surprise and fury, defective! right channel cut inside!
This means that ships Kenable anything without prior verif we can not trust him ... (must be supplied in Chinese, used to manufacture this kind of article!)
And the worst is that Kenable makes it difficult to resume the defective item. Obliges me to refer to it at my expense, for inspection itself if properly defective! For 2 euros and a few cents, usually other sellers do not look for complications and you pay back the item or replace it immediately!
Result: at least 5-6 complaints by email, inconvenience to the post office to return the item, return label printing at my expense, return postage advance that will eventually reimbursed me (with the article, almost 15 days after!);
Needless to say what I think of the seller and practices (though it is in Europe so you would think seriously of these neighboring GB ...!
I will order them nothing! disgusted!
