We always tend to overestimate the qualities of the device is purchased. But being already in possession of the Nikon D4 which is worth double, I can afford to be objective. With the handle, moving from an unbalanced toy a real pro who still lighter than the D4, with excellent grip. The so-called fuzzy because of the resolution This is hogwash. There is no more problem with another case pro despite the difference in resolution. At night I no flash photography with a 50 / 1.4 and 1/33 speed. No more missed with a D4. If I am wrong, the device does not forgive, it's normal and it's obvious. I rather suspect those problems shake not buying the handle ... nothing to see, so I stress again, with the resolution. In fact, is what the sharpness is really better than D4? in ideal circumstances, ie printed in large format (beyond the magazine format) on professional equipment, yes. Without a doubt. But otherwise, no. The D800 is better than the lower range of devices because it is a very good DSLR, not because of its enormous resolution. However, this very high resolution can crop and it is very interesting: you can work for example with the 24-120 f / 4 to finally obtain a higher result than that of a 300 but with a lower resolution. In summary, although it is sometimes horribly frustrating compared to D4 which is still double, this is clearly the best FX moment, by far. Except for D4 ... that has its usefulness in these situations sharp. I do not photograph sports, my D800 is my camera during the day (always with the handle!) As others embark a compact, but at night come up to D4.
