We found after a short time that the milk is pretty crucial. With normal UHT milk's going just not quite as good as fresh milk. We only use one of the two cooling blocks (the other is frozen at the same time), pour the fresh milk (1.5%) in the plastic container and put it together with the cooling block then in the external milk cooler. I can only confirm again: No problem with the technology as such. And the milk froth is always extremely class. Robusto coffee with beans taste us to Rass, 100% Arabica coffees we find better (Lavazza, Tchibo or Barista or with some smears of EDEKA coffee in the purple package).
