And how has tasted my juice?
I am honest and must confess I do not like beets.
But in combination with the pears and lemon juice and ginger juice has me totally convinced !!!
Not too sweet, not too sour!
And what's more, the juice of these:

# Vitamin C - from the lemon (good for iron absorption)
# Carotene and plant matter - from the beet (the metabolism)
and if that is not a reason to eat healthy and to start with such a vitamin bomb in the autumn, then I do not know.
