... I work for 30 years, am sports scientists and fitness trainer for 20 years. For training methods or changes in training I would describe myself as very sensitive. The Fat Gripz I tried longer in blue and orange. When bicep workout I feel less pumping the biceps, like the force of habit be to use a thinner rod. Sure, the forearms are tired more quickly, especially in Reverse Curls for the arms. The second useful exercise group with Fat Gripz would pull exercises for the back. Pull-ups are extremely difficult and if you train for a while longer with that thing, you can longer keep up with safety at the chin-up bar and so make life more reps. The holding force is improving somewhat.

Thicker arms or back pain-free bank, all the exercises are gentle or even the muscles are completely different claimed is absolute nonsense for me!
