A year ago, I wanted to save my heating costs. In December 2012 I ordered 5 Rondo deeds. I have everything set as described in the instructions. It has maybe two months works beautifully. Then the first technical problems have occurred. The electronics has repeatedly changed independently and arbitrarily. Although I have installed new batteries and locked to prevent change (message: bloc). It was always the wrong date and wrong time is displayed. Due to this, the radiators were warm at the time when it should be cold and vice versa. In the summer, even though all were set OFF, the one which has changed independently and the radiator was suddenly hot. It can not be that four out of five, which I bought, are broke (one of which had never been mounted). I have repeatedly asked to be contacted by a technician. Never someone has contacted me. The whole thing, I just participated long enough, so I now again screwed conventional thermostatic valves and 4 Rondo deeds have put away in the closet. I have weeks phoned Honeywell. I was told again and again, it must be my fault. The three pieces I eventually sent back. After long discussions I have 3 new get sent but no refund of shipping charges. With one I wanted to fight me over this winter. In November, unfortunately, in which the software is suspended often. I have also removed and immediately to the company Honeywell returned with a request for exchange and refund the shipping cost. I wanted to take the manufacturer's warranty service To date I have received no response. I am very disappointed.
