We must not limit your prayer to the only request in words. God, in fact, needs no speech takes him; he knows, even if we ask nothing, it is useful to us. What to say? Prayer does not consist of formulas; it encompasses all life. "Whether you eat, whatever you drink, says the apostle Paul, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. "(1 Cor 10,31) Are you at the table? Requests: taking your bread, thank whoever grant you; drinking your wine, remember who brought you this gift to rejoice the heart and relieve your misery. The meal finished, do not forget for all the memories of your benefactor. When you put your coat, thank you the one who gives; when you put your coat, shows affection to God who gives us the right clothing for winter and summer, and to protect our lives. The day finished, thank the one who gave you the sun for the work of the day and fire to give light at night and to provide for our needs. The night provides you with thanksgiving reasons; looking at the sky and admiring the beauty of the stars, pray the Lord of the universe that made everything so wisely.
