In keeping with the film "The Way We Were" (with Streisand + Redford) a CD incl. Title song and cover the film look. Those who know "The Way We Were", can think about how the rest of the CD sounds good, but also worn as well. It is also advantageous that outweighs orchestral music. Of the texts forth the songs are not so simplistic ("Being in war with each other"), the second was the way also gecovert ever by Annie Lennox. Completely falls out the dramatic and highly ironic "Was not leaving me the best thing you've ever done?" in third place, a real divas song à la Streisand. Nor would the Legrand classics ("What are you doin 'the rest of your life") and the beautiful yet meaningless ("Summer Me, Winter Me") to mention a smooth melting addition. The other songs I forgot. (Although I have the CD for 20 years.) Conclusion: Nice but not exciting.
