Delivery made on time but the envelope containing the cartridge was not in my mailbox, but the battery mailboxes in my building and the envelope was open. The package was slightly damaged but the cartridge seemed intact. So I am satisfied by the commitments of time and quality of the product (except bad surprise when I will install the cartridge in the printer?), But not satisfied with the quality of delivery.
