The retro design of the unit hides the modernity of the product. A 12.4 Megapixel CMOS sensor very responsive and accurate; an objective (Zoom 5-15 mm, 35 mm equivalent: 27.5 to 83 mm) PENTAX Q to mount (and not K, another mistake of the record ...) of high quality; A sturdy housing, but not too heavy; A powerful image processor. Finally, the image quality is at the rendezvous, little deformation related to wide-angle, excellent resolution and color reproduction. I am very satisfied on these points. Still, for the same price you can find much more compact lightweight versatile, thanks to more comprehensive goals, even if they are of lower optical quality. For optimal quality of photos, it also would be better to turn to real SLR, but if high prices remains a handicap. Although this device gives me great images, I am a little disappointed with the hybrid formula, it does not bring me what I expect of a lightweight compact to carry around and does not have all the qualities of a SLR include the fact that there is no viewfinder.
