Fortunately, yes ... "Wasting Light" therefore is one of my surprises of 2011. This album sounds right times rock and crisp. Nothing has been ironed out this time and overcooked. The new songs was this boring Softigkeit violently beaten out of her clothes and screamed, and that does listening so well.
The drive is making a lot of fun. If it breaks, then crashes it right ... in Bridge is Burning in Rope in White Limo ... And as a ballad These Days sounds finally no longer boring to soft rock, but after a sing-along and lighter swing inviting Foo anthem. How I've missed this ...
Five Grammys or not interest me a slice of honey, me only if the music comes interested in me, believe me, drags, whether it simply rocks! And that does it at last, damn one! The Foo Fighters are back to what they were not really for me since 2003, namely a-bred rock band, not more, but thank God again not less.
