In September, I ordered two models of this laptop, one for my daughter, one for me. One of my daughter does not work at all (touch HS), mine spends her time to "deprogram" I have to reset it to work again, and yet it is in the process of following the same path that of my daughter! I contacted Amazon that directs me to the purchaser for a refund of the laptop. We December 18, and I still await news of the purchaser to return agreement. Amazon Congratulations for your help! and more Congratulations to the buyer on his lack of seriousness. 2 completely new laptops that DO SERVE NOTHING! SAV side: EXIST! I therefore strongly recommend this model!
