The second Singelauskopplung "Service" from the new album by Ich + Ich is truly a real gem. When I first heard her song "You remind me of love", I was immediately aware of the tremendous potential of this band. Perfectly conceived, soulful, melancholy and sensitive lyrics, which describe in a direct way, the hopelessness of a desperate love. ("You say your love gets Nobody"). Very nice, I personally find also the expressive, soft chorus, which represents a yet so unimaginable love in prospect. The lovers are compared with servants. "You too will serve eventually someone Someone is the soft and supple even when you You will serve eventually someone Someone who is wiser and stronger than you " The voice of nobles Tarwil is very varied throughout the song, which is demonstrated by different instrument sounds. If the quieter parts of the title of Ms Humpe sung, so Mr. Tarwil connects with a strong sung chorus. A very small part of "serving" whispered Annette Humpe even quietly to himself. To music is to say that they should be classified in the genre Soul, Pop. Synthetic strings, slow beats and interspersed keyboard notes introduce the soul voice Tawil. The basic musical structure is rather trendy, yet is far removed from the typical chart-heavy material. "Serve" is a very good example of the direction in which a German pop song can develop when drawers and stylistic vanities are overcome. My request to Ich + Ich, keep up !!!
