With the fine disc I have sausage produced in glass. I have, however, through the 4.5mm disc which was the wolf about to pass through the fat needed. Then the meat mixed with spices, filled in jars and boiled for two hours. Tastes absolutely delicious and is good smear on bread. Soon I make sausage in glass.
The quality of the perforated discs is perfect. Cleaning is also no problem thanks to smoother holes. The price is not exactly low but still ok. If you want to work with the meat grinder attachment, you need to the 4.5mm disc sometime a 6mm plate. Too bad that there is no 8mm disc.
