I just received my Tefal induction hob

I open the package and look forward to test my plate. I read the instructions and now I start the test for which I chose this plate rather than another brand. The manufacturer that makes me more confidence and I expect the outcome much desired, that of boiling water feature.
I place a pan designed for cooking 3l total capacity of induction, I put in about 0,7l of water. (User guide textually says: This mode is designed to boil water 0,4l 2l of water in a pan).
I activates the device, I press the button on the boil mode and I wait. The water starts to boil, but contrary to what is written in the user guide, no beep is heard and the unit continues to heat more beautiful as the water is boiling.
So I make a second test:
I add water to the 1.8 l mark that is printed in the steel of my pot. If earlier I was above the minimum, now I'm below the maximum.
I repeat the operation and now my heater plate and heater without water lébullition intercept. I extend the test to detect that the device can lébullition water, and no, this plate behaves just like any other plate. And so this function is nothing but a simpleton catches in the loccurrence signed in.

After my first test negative receive the product which did not respond at all to what is said, I have normally used the plate and I can say that for those to whom the "kettle" not interested, the unit would be a choice that deserves 4 stars. However, I stand by the two stars for the reasons cited above.

That said, having no gas at home, so I use several years induction. I have 2 other plates that have never disappointed me. So says knowingly.

Positives:
Powerful, silent heating surface in hob, aesthetically beautiful, push buttons (not when wet kiss that no longer respond).

Negative point:
The choice of temperatures and heating powers are not intuitive and therefore not practical (since it does not hurt or that for which it was planned) reducing the manual function to a minimum. To go from one temperature to another must (as with low-cost plates) press repeatedly the most or the least. On a plate such as this, a keyboard would have been more appropriate. I have a plate with a keyboard and I can say it is very useful, especially when you want to reduce at once the temperature or so if you have programmed a cooking time and during this time we desire change cooking temperature without altering the flow of time has been programmed.

CONCLUSION:
Given that this plate I was sold at a promotional price, at that price anyway I will not be able to buy better. It's so good, I got my money, nothing less.
