I love the products M'cook

The M'cook products are constructed with a 5-layer multilayer (3 layers of aluminum or aluminum alloy surrounded 18/10 for indoor and outdoor ferritic order to be compatible with the induction). This technology gives the advantage of having excellent thermal conduction, including the sides, which gives a more uniform temperature distribution that the products in stainless steel with the attached bottom, where only the background has a uniform temperature.

This version with handles made of cast stainless steel has the advantage of moving the dishwasher.
Its height is 7.6cm and contains 3.1 liters, or about half of the basin for stew.

If you can not use this rondo with insert for cooking pasta, it can be used with the insert steam with just 3cm of water in the bottom rondo and just enough power to keep heating steam (that we see condense on the glass cover, I bought more) but not too much power, which will evaporate all the water and surchaufferai rondo.
