So you get together with music-loving people, "Hey, do you know already That's this new band that makes music so like Bon Jovi?" and to purely listen and maybe thinks "Yes hmm ... Okay that are really good, but you know it somehow."
And then, after a long time of repetitive Popeinheitsbreis comes first "Rather Be" in the Austrian Music TV. The song goes through and you're simply thrilled with a wonderfully artistic music video and a great pop song arranged.
The band is called Clean Bandit, it consists of four classically skilled musicians who are now producing in electropop band composite. Really? A string quartet accompanied by electronic beats? No, there is no question here about the attempted commercialization of classical works ...
That what you hear here is new music. (At least for me, the moves musically somewhere between metal and French House)
The following is a rapid rise in the charts and on Soundcloud were soon released many tracks from the upcoming album. For me this now ran regularly during daily use of the computer at the same time and immediately the album was reserved.
"New Eyes" is really just his title, because what can be heard on this disc, is both first class produce, as well as musically a real "eye-opener". Clear is pop music, but the debut of the British want to be understood as a work of art and is a lot of new ways. It stands out not only through beautiful pop melodies, but mainly through innovation.
The majority of titles is much more electronic than the well-known hit "Rather Be" and overall, "New Eyes" designed tonally very experimental. Stylistically Clean Bandit's hard to put into words, but I would describe their music nearly as neoclassical Electropop.
The strings are usually not so much in the foreground and interwoven rather useful song with a lot of feeling into the songs, so the songwriting is very natural and not constructed. Se song selection is very varied.
To name a few highlights, absolutely thrilled I was of "extraordinary", "Dust Clears," "A + E", "Up Again" "Birch" and of course "Rather Be", but the whole album is very well done and musical and produtkionstechnisch very interesting.
Those who wish to make an impression of Clean Bandit, I recommend times in the SoundCloud account of the band a listen, there are many titles and remixes are already streamed. But this album contains some exclusive songs and even the album versions of tracks, for example, were musically connected with the previous and following titles, and possibly longer, or something else mixed.
Ultimately I can each is interested in music and not a total aversion to electronic sounds shall possess this album just know. Perhaps not all the listeners of the album is like every song, since it really is a huge range of musical styles and influences is served.
The "musical horizon" but is extended in any case, and perhaps one or the other new LOOK- (Stop?) Angle is opened to music that you have not heard before so.
I've really missed to hear it is something that in my opinion (despite poplastigkeit) is not comparable ...
Clean Bandit combine pop melodies, classical and electronic music in a unique way and are currently for me a most innovative pop bands of today. I hope in the future you can hear more of the British quartet.
