This book was recommended to me by a friend. I thought at first that she had joined a sect, as she looked ecstatic with his new life nonsmoker. By pure spirit of contradiction, I decided to read it. It is clear that this book is not a masterpiece of literature (this is not the first nor profit). Skeptical, even cynical, I continue my reading: the author propose to smoke during my reading, nice ... it changes the conventional anti-smoking speech. Because Allen Carr was a heavy smoker, he knows what he's talking the guy! One by one all the arguments pro-cigarette are dismantled; with the precision of a watchmaker, the author is captivating. At the end of the book, I went home, I lit a last cigarette to a quarter of that I have crushed, nauseated, it was there 2 years soon ...
