Ideal for the daily intake

I suppose for some years now daily vitamin D in order to prevent a shortage - at least from autumn to spring. The original plan was to ensure good bone and to spare me in the long run an osteoporosis. Meanwhile, I have the impression that a good supply of vitamin D also has a favorable effect on the mood, so I take the tablets practically all year.

For a year now I use this product of Peak because it is inexpensive compared to other moderate dose tablets and contained 2,000 IU (50 micrograms) per day one are a good appropriate dose for me. The other ingredients of the tablets are well tolerated even for people who live with food intolerances: It is dextrose (glucose) include, but not fructose and lactose, sorbitol or no gluten.
