This book is really interesting for those wishing to improve their lifestyle, starting with the content of our meals. I stopped eating dairy animal to test some years before, and thanks to this book I was able to relate poor digestion of this food with my blood type. I do not know if all that is written is really effective and proven, but it can make a good base to try to improve the quality of our meals. Oh and diet does not necessarily mean losing weight, diet is a way of eating first.
