If only I had known earlier of what would have been spared me

I have for 20 years very severe asthma and permanently get cortisone. Of course, not without experiencing the aufschwemmende side effect.

Approximately 20 minutes after drinking the juice, I feel as if I had more oxygen in me and could literally tear out trees.
The first intake of the mixed barley grass powder was disgusting to me and I had to really force it to drink a second and third glass.
I tried it with a simple trick that worked great. If you can not smell, you taste nothing or very little. So I locked the path between the nose and mouth. One technique that is difficult to explain, but similar effects as the hold of the nose.
From the third day, the sap began to taste and I can drink normally it now.
I wanted to mention for those who otherwise might not last.
So hang in there and keep up, it gets easier with time.

Due to the positive effect that I did every morning again, I forget not the first to drink this juice.
In any case, I'll barley grass juice in all its variations, is now integrated forever in my diet and am looking forward to my full recovery in the foreseeable future.
