Ignites poorly

I have no comparison, except with professional equipment, yet it can not be that a small device not even ignite tidy with a high price! Maybe we just get a defective copy. If it then even after several attempts but finally burns, further handling is very fine. Unfortunately, however, takes also the refill an eternity, but which should not be a problem of this model but should generally apply to those with lighter gas to be filled models.
