I have after much reading on forums for the Tamron 17-50 VC decided after I have a 28-75 and am convinced I will be thinking is sure to be worth the money. Far from it: The picture quality is good, the Bokeh is a bit too rough for my taste, because that's 28-75 against a dream. So I would, however, be able to live. However, the processing of the lens is relatively poor, the engine is extremely loud and makes really unhealthy noises, trying out first it has spooked me a real fright and I gibg first clear of a defect of. The glasses wobble compared to other VC lenses in de-energized mode relatively extreme. The pretty stiff zoom ring is the whole then on the crown. I have read me as I said, and read from the noise and sluggish, but was really shocked how much the actually are. My objective was to test directly after 3 days back, I would have been annoyed with each photo on the money. Sigma is a bit more expensive, but if the quality is right as ego rather try it. Two stars is due to the image quality certainly something to schlechr but 3 I can not just give this machine.
