Nobuo Uematsu has here once again created a fantastic soundtrack, which makes the heart beat every Final Fantasy Lover higher. Unlike his previous musical work of Final Fantasy 7 this soundtrack is here varied, innovative and high quality. The CD contains now less sound-MIDIS, but the more orchestral, complex pieces. But sometimes they sound as harmonious combinations with MIDI character, as well as instrumental elements. Incoming melodies, bombastic orchestra and modern electro sounds make for a tremendously varied sound. Anyone who has played the grand game time is at once part of the action of the opulent, dramatic story. Much more must you do not say.
Conclusion: very varied and innovative. Final Fantasy fans will adore this soundtrack.
