Here's what I found: Disadvantages -Can Not as advertised replace remote controls. Not -Works properly when multiple devices (switches wrong device if eg 2 devices from one manufacturer). Not -Comes with my Yamaha Soundbar clear where the devices are connected, you would have everything on the TV run (I have not yet tested separately because sinnfrei in my system). -Entsetzliche App., Which also only works for iPhone and not optimized for the iPad (although as nice a lot of space on the display would be). It wasted a lot of screen space. -Beworbene Function TV program for iPad only works for French channels. -Only After opening the package we learn that only 8 units can be controlled, previously was not apparent to me. 8 devices are with me now too little. -It Is radio advertised, the infrared receiver is connected but wired, so you still have to re-lay a cable uz precisely to where you can control the devices via IR. IR transmitter should be better connected by radio. Remote control OK, not lighted, so that before the TV rather unsuitable. Macros do not work, at least not one with respect to the on and off of the device, especially if 2 devices from the same manufacturer are. But not a lot of time wasted on the programming, since these SmartControl anyway for me is useless.
Benefits: - Knows many devices - The device requires some time, but is easy to master with a little technical understanding - Remote fits comfortably in your hand
Alltogether: The system is for me, at least completely unfit and underdeveloped. Advertising suggests false radio function, it can only be controlled IR devices.
