In-Ears OK, customer service excellent!

The sound is good so far, I'm not a fanatic but quite satisfied.
Unfortunately, the headphones are relatively large.
Cable noise arise (as used at most in-ears). In addition, I noticed that the wind is "caught" by the headphones. Do not know really how to describe it, but if it's windy you can hear the wind noise than when wearing the headset.
The price makes the deficiencies but some amends.

EDIT: Just a few days after publication of this review the CSL Customer has contacted me.
Despite the low price of the headphones, the customer satisfaction at CSL is obviously a very important element, and I was offered to find a solution to my problem with the headphones.
Therefore, here again a big praise for this service. I was really pleasantly surprised :)
