Incomplete Version?

I want to refer very specifically to this version of the software pyramid again!
I have the problem that the game absolutely does not start! I bought while at Media Markt but the problem could be drawn through all production batches.
I suspect that the angebotenne here version is incomplete, there seem to be missing files that are essential to start. Namely: EACoreServer.exe and two other whose exact name I do not have at hand grade. Behind hides (unfortunately I can only speculate) probably some sort of copy protection. I am assuming that the real copy was subsequently changed and the new system has simply failed in this DVD. I have the game now on Origin activated (with the least enclosed DVD Key) and upload it again now about it down. Only there I can see is the download is larger than the previously installed files which should support my theory!
I do not want to talk here bad. Only one problem describing what happened to me, it need not be a flat rate that occurs there each time.
Of the files, however, I know of an official Tip from EA Support someone has posted in a forum. EA provides a walkthrough before when a missing these files. However, I obviously missing yet another file to this path tackle ...

Moreover, I would be grateful to hear from someone who had a similar problem and has found a solution!
